  • Yes, cleaning supplies are provided. If permitted, your supplies and equipment may be used.

    If you do not clean your home regularly, it is recommended to grant permission for use of your current stocked supplies.

    • I do not travel with a broom or vacuum.

  • Due to fraudulent chargebacks and services being completed without payment, up-front payment is required for all new and recurring clients.

  • Regular recurring services are currently not offered. Availability of appointments will vary every week. T

    Upon creating your personal login for the Acuity Scheduling Client app, you have the luxury of scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling your own appointments.

  • It’s important to know that cleaning and organizing appointments will not be combined. Both tend to be time consuming and we’ll need to focus on one project at a time for maximum efficiency and guaranteed satisfaction.

    It is recommended to start your journey with cleaning and decluttering your home before any organizing begins.

  • If you are unable to book an appointment for the week you desire, I recommend reaching out for further questions and concerns. If necessary, you can hire a temporary service as a replacement for my absence.

  • If you are unable to finish completing your checkout process, please revisit your list of add-ons.

    The timeslot I have open compared to the time it takes to complete your service + add-ons may not align. Ensure your service requests do not exceed the time I have available for the day.
